Seriously gone downhill (Poor)

Reseller Zoom started out reliable and responsive, but over the last three years they've gone downhill. I hosted 35+ websites with them and over the last year I had servers go down at least two times a month. Support tickets get answered with non-hel... read more ...

...its pretty horrible no matter what host you are on. A lot of the companies here host in the same data centers. Sometimes data centers go down!

One of the reviewers above hit the nail on the head. If you have any kind of site that requires even moderate uptime - do Not host with Reseller Zoom or any of their affiliated companies.

They have okay web hosting. The server is pretty slow most of the time (since they stuff tons of customers on each server). The server uptime isn't always very good either. Their tech support sometimes replies after 3 hours, but oftentimes it takes... read more ...

I have hosted close to 15 sites with them so far, some of them fairly decent sized corporates
Speed, uptime and customer services absolutely top drawer. Wouldn't advise for email, though. Smtp very slow.
