I had my website hosted by Gate.com for 5+ years and recently made a change. Their webmail is extremely poor. The site is hard to use and support is poor. Just nothing good to say about this service. read more ...

This company sold out and has become one of the most unreliable hosting companies I've ever used!! When you have troubles they give you a ticket number and it goes nowhere....plan on being on hold for an hour when calling and when you do get through... read more ...

Whein I signed up my client for Gate, I could configure the website quite flexibliy by myself. There were excellent interfaces for default documents, folder permissions, and so on.

I find they don't answer emails, calls, website submissions in any sort of timey manner and have Never solved my issue. Excalating meant nothing and they obviously don't really care about small business who Have to have reliable email service. read more ...
