This company actually does suck. I have hosted many domains with them. The biggest problems are:
1. Their control panel is extremely slow to load
2. MySQL phpMyAdmin is extremely slow to navigate

Their 24/7 chat is a joke - it's nothing more than a pacifier and a way to funnel your complaint into their help desk. The techs on the 24/7 chat aren't knowledgeable at all. If you even get through to someone you're lucky.
